Choose a box one size larger than your item so there is room for cushioning on every side. Wrap fragile items individually, fill the gaps with air pillows or crumpled paper, and seal every seam of the box with strong tape in an H pattern.
Finally, remove or cover any old labels and make sure the new address label is flat, fully readable and placed on the largest surface of the parcel.
