The day starts at 4am when the first line-haul trucks back into the dock. Parcels are scanned on arrival, weighed, and routed onto belts by destination zone.
By 9am the outbound vans are loaded and on the road, and the hub resets for the afternoon intake from our pickup riders.
Every parcel passes through six pairs of hands before it reaches your door.
